📦 Dispatch timeline
All items are made to order. Dispatch takes 10–15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Selected ready-stock items are dispatched in 5–7 working days.
🚚 Delivery & tracking
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp or email as soon as your parcel ships.
💰 Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: ₹70 flat
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500
- Cash on delivery: ₹50 extra (selected pincodes)

↩ Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you.
Please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery – it is required for all claims.
📝 How to raise a request

- Share your order number and the unboxing video
- We respond within 1–2 working days
❌ Not returnable
Customised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bangle size exchanges are not possible – please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
💳 Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
